Are you ready to help global industries discover cleaner, more efficient and sustainable ways of working? We’re a 20+ person Clean Tech scale-up looking for a proactive and driven marketer to join our next growth stage. Our solution, based on software-guided high-power ultrasound, prevents fouling in industrial equipment such as pipes, evaporators, and heat exchangers. It provides measurable benefits for our customers: higher production output, reduced operating costs, improved process control, environmental gains, and safer, more predictable operations.
Now we’re entering a new growth phase. To accelerate our inbound pipeline, strengthen our presence in the industrial ecosystem, and build a consistent brand voice, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us.
As our marketing specialist you will own and execute our day-to-day marketing activities, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and external partners:
- Develop and publish digital content (articles, LinkedIn posts, videos, reels, carousels) that explains our solution in a clear, modern, engaging way.
- Drive SEO and inbound lead growth through structured content planning and analytics together with our marketing partner.
- Innovate and coordinate how we reach different customer personas by selecting a correct channel mix. Ensure our message appears in the places where industrial professionals naturally look for information, whether those environments are traditional, in-person or digital.
- Plan and organize trade fair concepts when needed — from messaging to visuals to coordinating partners.
- Collaborate with designers, agencies, and our own experts to translate technical insights into accessible, high-impact materials.
- Own our marketing tools and workflows (Adobe Suite, Canva, Google Analytics platforms).
- Experiment, measure, learn, and iterate. We value practical results via actions over complex theories.
You won’t be alone: you’ll work side-by-side with Sales & Product teams, but you will be the person who gets things done.
What we’re looking for?
- Ability to communicate and understand customer value clearly.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (B2B industrial marketing is a big plus)
- Strong skills in digital content creation: video editing, graphic design, storytelling, and a solid grasp of LinkedIn as a B2B channel.
- Hands-on approach: you enjoy executing, experimenting, and seeing measurable results.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce and managing external partners.
- Proactive mindset and desire to build something new rather than maintain an existing system.
If you’ve worked in a marketing role inside a tech, industrial, or engineering-driven company — or you’ve been part of a larger team and now want to take real ownership — you’ll likely thrive here.
Why join us?
- Impact: Your work will directly contribute to cleaner industrial processes and real environmental benefits.
- Ownership: You’ll shape how our market sees us and you’ll have the creative freedom to test, learn, and build.
- Collaboration: Work with smart people in engineering, product, and sales who value clarity, experimentation, and meaningful results.
- Culture: A small, friendly, ambitious team with low hierarchy and high trust.
- Benefits: Comprehensive occupational healthcare, lunch benefit, and wellbeing benefit (sports and culture benefit)
