World Day for Safety and Health at Work is celebrated annually on April 28th to promote the prevention of accidents and diseases at work. The day is a reminder of every individual’s right to a safe and healthy working environment and to draw worldwide attention to the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) legislation. This year, the International Labor Organization (ILO) pays especially attention to the importance of flexible occupational health and safety procedures to improve and maintain safety and health in the workplace. According to the ILO, the importance of OSH has only become more critical during the covid-19 pandemic.
Employees and employers play an essential part in ensuring that a healthy and safe working environment that respects individual rights, responsibilities, and obligations is secured for everyone. At Altum Technologies, safety is our number one priority. We are committed to maintaining an accident and injury-free working environment for our employees, customers, and partners globally by continuously improving our safety procedures. In addition to other benefits, improving workplace safety is one of the main topics our customers seek when considering new sustainable technologies for industrial maintenance. Thus, we aim to pave the path to enable occupational health and safety as well as secure industrial maintenance with our ZPD solution.
Let’s keep improving and promoting the OSH together without the risk of toxic, hazardous chemicals and labor-intensive high-pressure cleaning procedures.
